New Dying State

  • You remain conscious at 0 HP.
  • You die when your HP reaches −½ your maximum HP.
  • If your HP becomes positive, you immediately stabilize.
  • Stabilise action has been removed
  • You no longer make a death saving throw at the start of each turn.
  • You can still take actions on your turn.
  • Movement: If you use a move action to move more than half your speed, make a death saving throw.
  • Standard action: When you take a standard action, make a death saving throw.
  • Bonus actions do not require a death saving throw.
  • On a failed death save: You take 1d6 damage for each death save you’ve failed since your last long rest.
