- You remain conscious at 0 HP.
- You die when your HP reaches −½ your maximum HP.
- If your HP becomes positive, you immediately stabilize.
- Stabilise action has been removed
- You no longer make a death saving throw at the start of each turn.
- You can still take actions on your turn.
- Movement: If you use a move action to move more than half your speed, make a death saving throw.
- Standard action: When you take a standard action, make a death saving throw.
- Bonus actions do not require a death saving throw.
- On a failed death save: You take 1d6 damage for each death save you’ve failed since your last long rest.
